30-Day Partial Refund

If your filing has not yet been submitted to the applicable state agency or IRS, you may request a partial refund of our service fee within 30 days of purchase. State filing fees are non-refundable once remitted to the government.

Non-Refundable Items

• State filing fees after submission to the government agency
• Completed EIN filings after submission to the IRS
• Standard or Premium subscription periods after included work has begun

Annual Renewal Cancellation

Cancel Standard or Premium through the customer dashboard or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation is at period end: you keep access until the current annual period ends, and the next renewal is not charged. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current annual period or completed work.

Admin refund modes (internal policy)

• Service fee only — before filing is submitted, when status is paid or early in-progress.
• Full unused — service fee plus state fee only if the state fee has not yet been remitted to the government.

Orders that are filed or completed are not refunded through self-serve admin tools.

Sales tax

Listed prices exclude any applicable sales tax. Stripe Automatic Tax is not enabled for v1 launch. See docs/TAX_AND_REFUNDS.md for the launch posture.

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
