Do I need to file a BOI report?
No. As of March 2025, U.S.-formed LLCs and corporations are exempt from Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting. You do not need to file with FinCEN if your LLC was formed in the United States.
What is a registered agent?
A registered agent is a person or company with a physical address in your state that receives official mail and legal documents for your LLC. Every state requires one.
What happens if I miss my annual report?
The state can penalize you or dissolve the LLC. Formation plans do not file that report. We offer annual report filing as a separate $129 + state fee. After your LLC is filed you can add Compliance Guard for reminder emails.
How long does LLC formation take?
We submit within 10 business days on Basic, 5–7 on Standard, and 3 on Premium. After that the state reviews. Texas often takes a few more business days. We do not control state approval time.
Is EasyComplyFiling a law firm?
No. We prepare and file documents. We do not give legal or tax advice.
What is the Premium website?
One frozen template page: name, phone, WhatsApp, hours, a short description. Hosted on a pages.dev URL. Not a custom site, not extra pages, not SEO, not Google Business, not a custom domain, not ongoing edits.
What do I pay next year?
Basic has no year-2 charge from us. Standard is $165 again until you cancel. Premium is $267 again until you cancel. That renewal does not file your annual report.
What happens after I pay?
You see Order received, then the dashboard shows Payment received. A person prepares the filing and submits it. We email you when we submit and when the state approves. Documents land in your vault.
Do you file in all 50 states?
Yes. Live checkout is open for all 50 states. State fees and approval times differ. We can turn a state off if filing is not possible.
Do you include a registered agent?
No. Every state requires one. You can be your own agent or hire a service. We explain that at intake. It is not a product we sell today.
