What EasyComplyFiling actually does
We file LLCs in all 50 states. A person prepares the papers, submits them to the Secretary of State, and puts the documents in your dashboard. English and Spanish.
Call or write a person. We are not a law firm and we are not a web agency.
After you pay
What happens next
Stripe takes the card. We do not start from a screenshot. We work from the paid order.
1. Order received
You see a confirmation page and an email. The dashboard shows Payment received once Stripe confirms.
2. We prepare and submit
A person files within your package days: Basic 10, Standard 5–7, Premium 3. If the name is rejected we email you.
3. The state reviews
We do not control approval time. You will get an email when it is official.
4. Documents in your vault
Certificate (and EIN if you bought it) download from the dashboard. Premium’s one-pager ships after filing is moving.
Formation plans
State fees are extra and go to the government, not to us. Year 2 is written on each plan so $0 Basic is not a trick.
