1. Service Description

EasyComplyFiling provides document preparation and filing assistance services for U.S. business entities in states where checkout is enabled. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services include LLC formation filing assistance, EIN acquisition assistance, operating agreement templates, and compliance monitoring tools.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal questions about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in the applicable state.

3. Fees and State Charges

Our service fees are displayed separately from state filing fees. State fees are pass-through charges collected on your behalf and remitted to the appropriate government agency. Government fees can change; if the official fee differs before submission, we will contact you before charging or refunding any difference. Listed prices exclude any applicable sales tax; we do not currently collect sales tax via Stripe Tax. Tax collection may be enabled after nexus and CPA review.

4. Annual Plans and Automatic Renewal

Standard and Premium are annual subscriptions. The amount and renewal terms are shown immediately before checkout. By selecting an annual plan and checking the recurring-billing authorization, you authorize EasyComplyFiling to charge the saved payment method once per year until cancellation. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation does not reverse work already performed. Future government, processor, domain, banking, and other third-party fees are separate.

5. Service Timing and Third Parties

A package filing target is our target for submitting complete customer information to the state, not a guarantee of government approval by that date. State review times vary. Payment-processor and bank approvals are controlled by those providers and are not guaranteed.

See our Refund Policy for details. Service fees may be partially refundable within 30 days if filing has not yet been submitted.

7. BOI / FinCEN Reporting

As of March 2025, U.S.-formed LLCs and corporations are exempt from Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements. EasyComplyFiling does not offer BOI filing services for domestic U.S. entities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific order. We are not liable for penalties, forfeitures, or damages resulting from missed deadlines or incorrect information provided by the customer.
